"I am very unclear about what this is about my friends keep saying it was painted by an inmate at Winchester prison. If this is true then I think it best that this is clarified so that the public is presented with a better understanding regarding the purpose of this whole project. I would also recommend that someone tell us if the individual who painted this will to be eligible for parole in the forcible future."
